Dr. Pramod Kumar Singh, a practising lawyer at Patna High Court, is a prolific writer having about 51 books in law and 150 research papers published in india and abroad. Dr. Singh is also a reputed social worker and has founded two NGOs namely Buddha Welfare Trust and Legal Aid Centre.
