C.P. Goyal , IRS, B.Tech., M. Tech. from I'IT. Delhi joined the department at Group A Level during 1991 and is presently working as Principal Commissioner of CBIC. He has not only worked in various capatities at Mumbai. Delhi and Other places but has also been closely associated with formulation and implementation of the Policy relating to EOU/EHTP/STP/SEZ Schemes at CBIC Over a period of 10 Years. He also has distinction of working in India's Prestigious Intelligence Agency i. e. Directorate of Revenue Intelligence for over a period of four years . On the occasion of Replic Day 2008, He was awarded the presidential Certificate of Appreciation for meritorious service.
