Advisor to many Indian and multinational companies, his practice areas include corporate laws, foreign exchange laws, cyber laws, labour and industrial laws, dispute resolution, taxation, special economic zones, real estate and bilateral/ multilateral trade agreements. He has been advising on legal compliance management, corporate disputes resolution, business structuring involving mergers, demergers, acquisitions and slump sale, giving opinions on complex legal issues, conducting due diligence exercises to facilitate business acquisitions, strategic business partnerships, joint venture agreements, etc.
