He has been advising on legal compliance management, corporate disputes resolution, business structuring involving mergers, demergers, acquisitions and slump sale, giving opinions on complex legal issues, conducting due diligence exercises to facilitate business acquisitions, strategic business partnerships, joint venture agreements, etc.
